Hi! I am Sade! The Owner and Chief Stylist at Riverview Braids.
 

Braiding is a unique passion of mine, and I have been braiding for as long as I can remember! I was fascinated as a young girl growing up in Lagos, Nigeria, watching my mother braid my sisters’ hair. As I watched and learned from my mom, I soon took over the job of the family braider, braiding both my mom’s and sisters’ hair, and I was just in love with the art of braiding. This is a passionate hobby at first turned to a full time career.
 

Over the years, I continued to braid at every chance I got.  After graduating with my Bachelors in Business Administration and MBA, I worked in several corporate and retail environments, including owning a clothing and fashion accessories line. I still did not feel the fulfillment I desired. It was at this point I decided it was time to follow my passion.
 

In 2016, I started Riverview Braids, where we are committed to bringing out the royalty in our clients!

I can’t wait to welcome you, Olori (Queen), and Oba (King) to my salon!

Being the ambitious entrepreneur that I am, I decided to take my passion to a whole new level. I then brought a soothing oil to the table and I am in complete awe how much my clients rave for it. I made it official and have been supplying Glam Sash Anti-Itch Oil to my clients.

I also now offer a high quality bonnet with a variety of options.This is just the beginning, I am geared towards making sure everyone who put their trust in me gets the best treatment and quality work possible.
