  • Are deposits required to book an appointment?
    Yes, we do require a 25% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable (unless it is Riverview Braids’ fault).
  • If I don't show up to my appointment can I rebook?
    No-shows and no calls are not permitted to rebook an appointment. We know life happens and we permit these emergencies one time. We allow you to reschedule your appointment within one month and apply your initial deposit to the new appointment.
  • Is hair included?
    Hair is not included in the price but we do have hair at an additional cost. Please text or call us to learn more about the price and availability of color choice. Note: we only keep natural colors in stock with a few exemptions and some ombre options.
  • Can you work with short hair?
    Yes, however, hair shorter than 3-inches will attract additional charges.
  • Do I have to prep my hair?
    Yes, please come to your appointment with your hair shampooed and blow dried properly. Otherwise, we offer this service at an additional charge.
  • Can I relax my hair?
    No, please do not relax your hair within 2 weeks of your appointment.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
