Yes, we ask for a 25% deposit to lock in your appointment. Please note, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable—unless we made a mistake on our end, of course!

We totally get it—life happens! If you miss your appointment without giving us a heads-up, you won’t be able to rebook right away. But don’t worry! We offer a one-time reschedule within a month, and your initial deposit will go toward the new appointment. Just give us a call to set it up!

Hair is not included in the price but we do have hair at an additional cost. Please text or call us to learn more about the price and availability of color choice. Note: we only keep natural colors in stock with a few exemptions and some ombre options.

Yes, however, hair shorter than 3-inches will attract additional charges.

Absolutely! Please come with your hair freshly shampooed and blow-dried. If you’d rather leave it to us, we’re happy to take care of it for an additional fee.

For the best braiding results, we recommend avoiding relaxing your hair within two weeks of your appointment. Healthy, natural hair makes for stunning braids!
