We require a 25% deposit to secure all appointments. The deposit will go towards the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable. 


To cancel your appointment, you must respond to your confirmation booking email. Deposits are non-refundable. If you do not cancel, and do not show up to your appointment, you will also not be able to make future online appointments with us. If you do plan to reschedule, please keep in mind that our appointment slots are limited and you may not be able to get on our calendar within the time needed.

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You are responsible for canceling your appointment via your confirmation email after booking. If you decided not to reschedule/ cancel your appointment in the 48 hour time period, you will lose your deposit and also be charged full price. If your appointment isn’t canceled in advance and you don’t show up for your appointment, your card on file will be charged the full-service price.

Showing Up Late

Please arrive to your appointment on time and with your hair prepped. We ask that you show up no later than 5 minutes after the start of your appointment. If you arrive after that time, you will be charged a $10 late fee for every 10 minutes you are late. After being 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

Payment & Balances

All balances are due on the day of your scheduled appointment. We accept:

  • Cash

  • Cashapp

  • Zelle

  • Some credit cards

Service Requirements

Please arrive to your appointment with your hair thoroughly washed and blow-dried. There should be no product, grease, or oils in your hair. If you do not have your hair prepped prior to your appointment, we can provide this service at an additional fee.
